Chuck Ehlers |

A serial entrepreneur, Chuck Ehlers has successfully grown his businesses through providing innovative solutions for his clients. Chuck has founded several companies and has purchased and divested others. In one of his ventures, he founded a manufacturing company servicing the construction industry and averaged 50% annual growth over six years before turning over daily operations to his partner. He has worked with companies ranging from small businesses to billion dollar companies. Chuck earned his engineering degree from the University of Cincinnati, his law degree from The Ohio State University, with honors, and is currently completing his masters in electrical engineering.

Chris Direnzi |

Chris Direnzi earned his electrical engineering degree from the University of Cincinnati and is a Certified Energy Manager. While at UC, Chris was awarded first place in the “UC New Venture Plan Competition” and took first place as the “Best of Electrical and Computer Engineering” in the capstone competition. Chris has conducted numerous energy audits and project implementation for facilities ranging from small business to Fortune 1000 companies. As a result of his work, these companies have saved tens of millions of dollars on operational and energy expenses. Chris has a background in embedded system design, developing microcontrolled devices for consumer products. In his free time, Chris is a private pilot and enjoys playing soccer and skiing. |
